Refund policy

At Pacmasterz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

·         The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

·         You must provide an unboxing video as proof of condition upon delivery.

·         You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

·         Opened or unsealed products must include booster boxes, booster packs and etbs

·         Any items not in their original condition

·         Gift cards or promotional items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us before sending it back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number and unboxing video.

We’ll review the issue and, if verified, arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for:

·         Items that arrived damaged or defective

·         Items that were incorrectly shipped

All exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions (unopened, original packaging, with unboxing video proof).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Please note:

·         It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

·         Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
